About Archipelago Reserve
A trusted Dive Team of Sundari Voyages
Archipelago Reserve is the trusted dive team; a fully licensed SSI Dive Center/Dive Boat operating aboard Sundari Voyages.
Sundari Voyages is our beautifully crafted wooden phinisi designed for both diving and leisure liveaboard experiences in Komodo National Park. Built in the renowned boatbuilding village of Bira, Bulukumba in 2024, and launched in 2025, she blends traditional Indonesian craftsmanship with modern comfort across her 34-meter vessel. Named Sundari, meaning “beautiful” in Sanskrit, she reflects elegance, purpose, and a deep connection to the sea in every detail.
We believe in diving with purpose: 1% of every trip goes back to the ocean and its local community through our “1% Matter Program”; supporting community initiatives that expand youth access to scuba, alongside coral restoration and monitoring & waste management efforts.
Our Services

Shared trip Diving
Accommodating 12 divers (and optional up to 4 non-divers), our 4 Days 3 Nights in Komodo National Park will be the enough days to explore the park’s top dive sites and land excursion. You’ll enjoy 11 dives, including FREE underwater group photo documentation, night dives, trekking on Padar Island, visiting Pink Beach, encountering Komodo dragon and beach clean up activity. Due to guest demand, we have few longer trips like 5, 6 and 7 Days. Check out our schedule!

private charter diving
If you’re looking for the ultimate diving experience with your own group or family, Sundari Voyages also offers private charter diving that can accommodate up to 12 divers (optional up to 4 non-divers). Want to take your experience even deeper? We collaborate with professional underwater photographers, expedition leaders, marine biologists, and passionate ocean experts to offer photo and video workshops. Simply send us an inquiry email to start planning your journey.
five reasons: Why Choose us?
Local owned, real Komodo know-how
Komodo is our backyard, we grew up by Komodo dragon story, learned Komodo currents before learned traffic rules, we know who to work with; highly experienced local guides who truly understand Komodo’s challenging currents and limiting groups to just 4 divers per group (with the similar certification & experience level). Our boat crew comes from legendary seafaring regions like Bira & Bulukumba, bringing generations of ocean experience and serious boat-handling skills. You’re in very good hands!
Hands-on leadership: always onboard
This isn’t a remotely managed trip, meaning every journey is thoughtfully designed and personally overseen rather than mass-produced. Our director personally joins every journey, welcomes guests onboard, and stays involved throughout the trip so every detail is checked, handled, and cared for — personally.
Diving with purpose and real impact
Every trip includes underwater or beach clean-up, so you’re not just exploring one of the world’s best dive destinations, you’re actively helping protect it! On top of that, our program “One Percent Matters”, commits to allocate 1% of dive price to support support environmental and community-based marine conservation efforts. This contribution will directly fund three focus areas: Dive Community Development (with P3Kom/ Professional Komodo Divers Association), Coral Reef Restoration (with Tacik Conservation) and Waste Management & Recycling (by doing beach clean-up on every trip). So let’s Dive, Explore, Give Back and Leave Komodo better than you found it.
Curated Experience, not copy itineraries
We focus on creating a curated diving experience, shaped by the conditions each day. Instead of promising specific dive sites (because the ocean doesn’t work that way), we choose what’s best in the moment. That means you might find yourself drifting along a current, diving with manta rays, or exploring sloping reefs, overhangs, or walls. Each dive is a little different and that’s what makes it special, since Komodo promises you plenty to see: big schools of fish, manta rays, reef sharks, turtles, and healthy reefs with both soft and hard corals.
We capture the moments, you enjoy the dive!
Komodo diving demands full focus and safety. That’s why our guides don’t juggle cameras. Instead, we have a dedicated in-house underwater photographer onboard to capture group shots and marine life moments. You dive stress-free and still go home with beautiful underwater memories.
